Estas \u00falceras se producen cuando la capa protectora que recubre el est\u00f3mago o el duodeno se debilita, permitiendo que el \u00e1cido g\u00e1strico cause da\u00f1o al tejido.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Las causas m\u00e1s frecuentes son la infecci\u00f3n por <\/span><b>Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> y el uso a largo plazo de <\/span><b>antiinflamatorios no esteroideos (AINE)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> como el ibuprofeno, el naproxeno, el diclofenaco y la aspirina.
